Kinddly note there will be no shuttle service between the dierent hotels and the IEEE COMCAS venue.

Accommodation & Tourism Services Terms of Payment

Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
If paying by bank transfer or bank cheque, you must pay the full amount due at once.

Registration Cancellation Policy 

Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received at the Conference Secretariat as follows:
•    Before October 1, 2019 - Full refund less $100 handling fee
•    From October 1, 2019 until October 14, 2019 - 50% Refund
•    From October 15, 2019 - No refund

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Refund will be made if written notification of cancellation is received by Ortra Ltd. as follows:
•    Cancellation received until September 15, 2019 – Full refund less $100 handling fee
•    Cancellation received between September 15, 2019 - October 14, 2019 - 50% Refund
•    Cancellation received from October 15, 2019 - No refund

Cancellation Insurance (Accommodation and Tourism Services)

For an additional fee of $50 per registrant, you can choose an enhanced cancellation/ refund option, allowing you to cancel your Accommodation and/ or Tourism Services reservation for any reason up to 12 noon Israel time (GMT+2) on Oct 20, 2019, and receive a full refund for your accommodation payments. If you choose this option, the additional $50 fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days from the date of reservation and no later than Sep 10, 2019. Note that under this enhanced cancellation/ refund option, you will need to provide written notification of cancellation to: Ortra Ltd at comcas@ortra.com by 12 noon Israel time (GMT +2) on Oct 20, 2019, in order to be eligible for the refund. To choose this option, place a check next to this option on the registration form and the $50 fee will be added to your total charges.
